Job summary

The Radical, Asheville’s artful hotel is seeking a friendly Laundry Attendant to keep linens pristine and operations smooth on-site. You’ll handle washing, drying, folding, stain removal, and linen delivery while supporting housekeeping during peak times.

A positive, detail-focused mindset and the stamina to move bags of linen are essential; prior hotel laundry experience is a plus but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, team-first attitude.
• Good eye for detail and pride in quality work.
• Comfort being on your feet and moving bags of linen throughout shifts.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays (hotels never close).
• Hotel laundry experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, press, and fold guest room linens, towels, and robes to standard.
• Handle restaurant, bar, and event linens and staff uniforms.
• Sort, spot-treat, and rescue stains for best appearance.
• Track par levels and deliver clean linen on time to keep housekeeping stocked.
• Run commercial machines safely and flag equipment issues early.
• Keep the laundry space clean, organized, and ready for the next load.
• Support housekeeping and the wider team during peak times.

What you'll do

• Wash, dry, press, and fold guest room linens, towels, and robes to our standard
