Job Description: Laundry Attendant at Gulph Creek Hotels

• Part-Time Evening Laundry Attendant at Renaissance Allentown
• Working hours: 6:00pm - 2:00am, three evenings per week (hours may vary, all overnight shifts)
• Pay rate: $15.00/hr
• Criminal Background Check required

Position Summary

As an Evening Laundry Attendant, you will ensure all linens and towels are cleaned, processed, and ready to meet guest needs. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and pressing equipment.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels accurately.
• Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or quality concerns and report findings.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow Marriott and Renaissance brand standards for cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in warm environments.
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
