Job summary

Chelsea Jewish Life communities is seeking a Laundry Assistant to join the Brudnick Center for Living. This full-time role runs 7:00AM–3:00PM, Monday–Friday, offering $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience.

You will handle laundry duties and contribute to a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding, collecting soiled items, and following infection-control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Collect soiled linens, towels, and resident clothing from designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry area and operate equipment properly.
