JGS Leavitt Family Jewish Home is seeking a part-time Laundry Assistant to maintain clean linens and support resident care. Shifts run 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations, at 15 hours per week. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding, delivering laundry, collecting soiled items, keeping the laundry area safe, and following infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
