Saber Health Group in Bon Air, VA is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to clean resident rooms and maintain a welcoming, safe environment in a skilled nursing facility.

This full-time, on-site role offers shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. PTO and tuition opportunities are also available.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school or have a diploma or equivalent.
• GED guidance available to help earn your credential.
• Related experience necessary to perform duties.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 3:00p and 9:00a - 5:00p
• Wage: $15.00 per hour
