Job summary

Touchpoints at Chestnut is hiring for a full-time Laundry Assistant. The primary role is to collect and sort soiled linen and clothing, load and unload machines, and fold clean linen and laundry.

Responsibilities include collecting and sorting, loading/unloading, folding, counting linen processed daily, and delivering to assigned areas. Qualifications include ability to clean linen, operate computerized washers and dryers, clear English communication, and following instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clean clothing and facility linen.
• Must be able to operate computerized washers and dryers.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language clearly and understandably.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Some previous experience in Healthcare industry (preferred).
