Job Description:

Full-time housekeeping hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors; vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Clean and sanitize areas of responsibility following facility policies and procedures.
• Attend all facility and department in-service training.
• Collaborate with other staff to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head or facility administrator.
• Report hazards, damaged equipment, and supply issues promptly.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity, interacting professionally and warmly.
• Cross-train in laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and resident clothing.
