Job summary

Allure of Peru is seeking a Laundry Assistant to manage day-to-day laundry operations in the facility. You will coordinate with nursing staff, maintain linen supplies, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness for residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Training on infection control and PPE will be provided. This is an on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily laundry services with nursing staff as needed.
• Perform daily laundry functions and manage linen supplies.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry to residents.
• Maintain clean laundry areas and report equipment issues.
• Follow infection control and PPE policies at all times.
