Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain clean garments and linens for our senior living communities in Ohio. You will sort, wash, dry, fold and distribute laundry while keeping the area organized and sanitary.

Essential duties include preventing infection through proper handling and transport of textiles, maintaining a steady work pace, and supporting housekeeping as needed. A competitive wage based on experience and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean garments and linens.
• Prevent the spread of infection through proper handling, storage, washing and transporting of all garments and linens.
• Hang, fold and stack garments and linens.
• Sort and distribute clothes to residents’ rooms.
• Clean and maintain the laundry room in an orderly fashion.
• Assist with housekeeping duties.
