Key duties include maintaining supply of clean linens, handling resident laundry, sorting, washing, drying, folding, labeling, delivering to rooms, inspecting for damage, and following sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure an adequate supply of clean linens is available for resident care and comfort.
• Collect resident laundry daily and as needed.
• Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens.
• Label resident clothing items as needed.
• Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms in a timely manner.
• Inspect linens and garments for damage and remove worn or stained items from service.
• Follow all sanitation, infection control, and laundry procedures.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages as needed.
