An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of residents through efficient laundry services. This role involves maintaining linen quality, sorting and washing clothing, and adhering to sanitary processes. With a focus on teamwork and attention to detail, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the living environment for all residents. Make available a quantity of clean linen for proper care and comfort of all residents. Maintain all linen in good repair and remove from service any linen with holes and/or stains. Collect laundry from residents daily or as needed. Label new resident's clothing items as needed. Sorting, treating, washing, drying, and folding clothing and linens. Deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms. Follow all sanitary processes and procedures related to laundry duties. Maintain inventory of laundry supplies. Use all laundry equipment and supplies in a safe manner. Report laundry equipment issues to the Administrator.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, read, or hear. Frequent use of industrial washers and dryers and related laundry/housekeeping equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
