Your attention to detail and commitment to quality service directly contribute to resident comfort and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect resident laundry and facility linens daily or as neededSort, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linensDeliver clean laundry to resident rooms and designated areasLabel resident clothing items as neededMaintain an adequate supply of clean linens for resident careInspect linens and clothing for damage and remove items that are stained or no longer serviceableFollow all infection control, sanitation, and laundry proceduresOperate laundry equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain laundry supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is neededKeep laundry areas clean, organized, and sanitaryReport equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptlyProvide courteous and respectful service to residents and staffQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious laundry, housekeeping, or environmental services experience preferredHealthcare or long-term care experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPositive, reliable, and customer-service-focused attitudeJoin Greenville Post Acute and become part of a team that values your contributions and appreciates the important role you play in creating a comfortable and welcoming home for our residents.We are an equal opportunity employer.
