Job summary

Valley View Care Center in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Laundry Aide to join its award-winning team. The role involves sorting soiled linen, operating washers/dryers, folding linen, and delivering supplies to units while maintaining a clean work area.

Starting wages are $14.50 per hour, with an additional $0.85 per hour hero pay and yearly wage increases. Benefits include medical with no deductible, PTO, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000/year, 401k matching, and life insurance.

The Laundry Aide is responsible for collecting and sorting soiled linen, loading and unloading washing machines, and folding clean linen. You will earn: up to $15.35 per hour starting wages!

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Full Time - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays

How you will help people every day:

• Sort soiled linen, load and unload washers and dryers.
• Operate computer-operated washers and dryers according to operating procedures.
• Sort and fold clean linen accurately and in a timely manner.
• Place clean linen in a delivery cart and deliver to appropriate units, using caution when pushing carts.
