Job summary

Valley View Care Center in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Laundry Aide to support our EPIC team. This full-time role performs linen sorting, washing, folding, and delivery to units, with attention to cleanliness and efficiency.

You will lift up to 30 pounds, follow written and verbal instructions in English, and contribute to outstanding resident care with strong customer service and teamwork. Shifts include weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen, load and unload washers and dryers.

• Place clean linen in a delivery cart and deliver to appropriate units.

The Laundry Aide is responsible for collecting and sorting soiled linen, loading and unloading washing machines, and folding clean linen. This position also counts the amount of linen processed each day, delivers clean laundry to assigned units, and cleans and sanitizes the work area, including machines, worktables, and sorting areas. You will earn: up to $15.35 per hour starting wages!

• $14.50 per hour starting wages
