Arcadia Care is seeking a Laundry Aide to perform daily laundry department duties, ensuring quality service and a clean, sanitary environment for residents. You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linen and garments following infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school degree or its equivalent.
• Must demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold or hang, and distribute laundry, linen, garments, etc. in accordance with established procedures and infection control standards.
• Assure that work/assignment areas are maintained, clean, and free of hazardous conditions.
