Candlewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Milford, Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our housekeeping team. This full-time position runs 3pm–11pm and requires a detail-oriented individual to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.

No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. You will lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced setting, and collaborate with team members to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist in laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry for residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including laundry rooms and storage areas.
• Ensure that all laundry is done in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for the privacy of all residents and staff.
