Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a Laundry Staff member to handle linens, clothing, and related tasks across resident areas. The role requires following instructions, teamwork, and adhering to infection-control practices.

You will sort, wash, and transfer linens, label clothing as needed, and assist with isolation procedures when necessary. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for shifts. Commitment to resident dignity and safety is essential.

• Able to work safely with cleaning chemicals; exposed to fumes, dust, and pet dander.

Responsabilités

• Collects soiled linen and clothing.
• Assists in sorting soiled articles.
• Washes and dries soiled articles.
• Transfers clean linens and distributes to wings per daily needs.
• Assists in labeling residents' clothing as needed.
• Follows safety precautions when using equipment and supplies.
• Maintains infection control practices.
• Coordinates isolation procedures when necessary.
• Reports all accidents/incidents to supervisor or charge nurse.
• Attends staff education, training and meetings.
• Maintains professional conduct with residents.
• Follows facility policies including resident rights, infection control, dignity, etc.
