Job summary

Whites Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Laundry Aide for weekends in Whites Creek, Tennessee. This part-time role supports residents by maintaining clean linens, managing laundry tasks, and helping with room readiness.

You will follow infection control policies, keep areas sanitized, and maintain confidentiality of patient information while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Long-term care or applicable experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow all cleaning schedules, completing daily assignments.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation while adhering to infection control policies.
• Perform laundry tasks (counting linens, delivering to units, sanitizing work areas, operating washer/dryer).
• Assist with room readiness for admissions and/or room changes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Administrator or Environmental Services Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written and electronic form.

Laundry Aide Position Summary

As a Laundry Aide at Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Follow all cleaning schedules, completing daily assignments.

• Maintain a high standard of presentation always adhering to infection control policies.

• Perform laundry tasks (counting linens, delivering to units, sanitizing work areas, operating washer, and dryers, etc.).

• Assist with room readiness for admissions and/or room changes.

• Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Environmental Services Director, or Regional Director of Maintenance.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
