Job summary

The Waters of Bristol is seeking a dependable Laundry Aide for the evening shift to support residents by processing linens and personal laundry in a caring, respectful environment.

You will operate commercial laundry equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and follow infection-control procedures while ensuring items are tracked and organized for the facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull laundry bags and carts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and process linens and residents’ personal laundry.
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and related equipment.
• Fold, organize, and distribute clean linens to designated areas.
• Label and track residents’ clothing to prevent loss or mix-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report damaged items or equipment concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with linen inventory and supply management.

This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by ensuring all linens and personal clothing are processed efficiently and handled with care. Responsibilities
