Job summary

CienaHealthcare is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide in Michigan to support residents and staff by maintaining clean linens and a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include following department procedures, handling waste per safety guidelines, and cross-training in Housekeeping as needed. • Prefer one year experience as a Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

• Respond productively and handle additional tasks/projects as assigned.
• Cleans linens to department procedures and cleaning schedule.
• Disposes of trash and waste, including bio-hazardous waste and other materials that require special handling, in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Complies with all safety instructions and procedures when using chemicals.
• Cross train in Housekeeping and assist as needed.
