Job summary

Avantara Arrowhead is seeking a dependable Laundry Aide to join our caring team. You will maintain clean resident linen and clothing, sort, wash, dry, label and deliver supplies to units, helping ensure comfort and infection control standards across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

As a Laundry Aide you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our residents’ linen and clothing. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by ensuring an adequate supply of facility linen is available and by sorting, washing, drying, labeling, and delivering resident clothing and facility linen. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
