Avantara Milbank is seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our friendly, caring team. You will help maintain cleanliness and infection control across the facility and support residents' comfort.

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you will handle cleaning tasks, operate housekeeping tools and chemicals, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Prior 11th grade education and experience in a skilled nursing setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11th grade education.
• Prior Housekeeping/Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards of residents' environment.

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atAvantara Milbankby cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping/Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
