Job summary

Avantara Milbank is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our friendly, caring team. You will maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, support infection control standards, and manage housekeeping tasks using our facility tools and supplies.

The minimum qualification is an eleventh grade education; prior Housekeeping/Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred. Avantara Milbank offers competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Milbank by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping/Laundry Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
