Yona Solutions in Fort Smith, AR, is seeking a Laundry Aide dedicated to providing clean linens and attentive guest service. You will handle laundering tasks, folding, and delivering items while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Experience is not required but preferred; training will be provided. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, compassionate approach to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
• Laundry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts.
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linens into dryers.
• Folds clean, dry linen and places it into clean carts.
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory.
• Washes, dries, folds, and distributes customer clothing.
• Maintains laundry areas and keeps them neat, orderly, and safe.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs.
• Delivers laundry as specified.
• Provides high-quality customer service with care and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers
• Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linens into dryers
• Proceeds to fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory
• Washes, dries, folds and distributes customer clothing
• Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans and keeps areas in a neat orderly and safe manner
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs
• Delivers laundry as specified
• Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights

Requirements:
