Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide to support our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Responsibilities include collecting resident laundry, washing and caring for clothing and linens, and returning clean items to residents in an organized manner.

• Prior Laundry/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect resident laundry from rooms in a timely and respectful manner.
• Wash, dry, and properly care for resident clothing and facility linens according to established procedures.
• Fold, sort, and return clean laundry to residents, ensuring items are delivered accurately and neatly.
• Maintain organized laundry areas and ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
• Assist with non-clinical support tasks as needed to support overall facility operations.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Report any issues with damaged or missing items to the appropriate staff.

Responsibilities for Laundry Aide:

• Collect resident laundry from rooms in a timely and respectful manner.
