Qualificações

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties under the guidance of senior agents.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to develop industry knowledge and sales skills.
• Utilize company CRM and marketing tools to manage client information and promote listings effectively.
