Job summary

Hopebridge in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will collaborate with BCBAs to deliver therapy, document progress, and help families celebrate milestones in a caring clinical setting.

Position offers training on the job, on-site hours Monday through Friday, and opportunities for relocation within our network. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA professionals to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behaviour plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plan.
• Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
