Job summary

Hopebridge in Broad Ripple, IN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will help with skill development, communication, and school readiness in a structured, supportive setting.

Pay ranges from $16.80 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and certification, with benefits including paid RBT certification, professional development stipend, PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and support families in milestone achievements.
