Job summary

Headway is seeking a fully licensed Professional Counselor to launch or expand a private practice. You’ll join a platform designed to help you credential for insurance, see more clients, and increase earnings with higher reimbursement rates.

We're looking for counselors with a Master’s degree or higher, current licensure (LPC/LPCC/LCPC/LCPCS/LPCC-S), an active NPI, and malpractice insurance. Headway provides the tools and network to focus on care, not admin.

Qualifications

• Fully-licensed professional counselor at Master’s level or above.
• State licensure accepted (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S) on a state-by-state basis.
• Active NPI number and malpractice insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Launch or expand private practice using Headway platform.
• Credential for insurance networks and manage payer relations.
• Maintain compliant practice operations and documentation.
