Headway is recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to help launch or expand a private practice by accepting insurance through Headway’s platform.

You’re LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP with a Master’s or higher, NPI, and malpractice insurance. Headway supports providers with credentialing, compliance, coverage across Medicare/Medicaid networks, and predictable payments, enabling you to focus on client care.

Qualifications

Licensed as Mental Health Counselor at Master’s level or higher (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP)
Active NPI number and malpractice insurance
State licensure requirements may vary by state

Responsibilities

Help private practice launch or expand by accepting insurance
Assist clients with credentialing and ongoing compliance on Headway platform
