Job summary

The Google Project Management Apprenticeship is a Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program offering 18 months of on-the-job training, related technical instruction, and career development workshops to build durable PM skills. Apprentices are paid hourly and must commit 40 hours per week to the program, with onboarding and team rotations to gain practical experience.

Upon completion, apprentices receive a nationally-recognized credential certified by the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in PM field currently enrolled or completed.
• Less than 1 year PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to manage project tasks and workstreams.
• Apply core PM skills: planning, tracking, documentation, reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery by addressing roadblocks and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Practice responsible and innovative use of AI.
