Responsibilities

Obtain FINRA licenses required for the Investment Professional and the Financial Advisor role and pass SIE, Series 7 and 66.
Support self-directed and full-service clients with order entry, money movement, and account maintenance in a call-center environment.
Assist clients with brokerage accounts via telephone and discuss IRAs (Traditional and Roth).
Create business efficiency by quick call handling, identifying client needs, initiating trades, and completing service transactions.
Document client conversations and meet regulatory requirements.
