Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 contact center needs.
• Strong customer service orientation and client engagement skills.
• Ability to learn finance basics and investment concepts quickly.
• Comfort with multiple computer applications and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies and tools while answering inbound calls.
• Engage with clients and advocate for their needs to deliver solutions.
• Participate in Schwab Service Academy for training and licensing (SIE, FINRA 7 & 63).
