CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking Early Career Civil Engineers to join our growing Civil Engineering teams.

You will work alongside Professional Engineers and multidisciplinary teams on planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects across markets, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong career foundation. We offer opportunities to collaborate on multiple projects, work with AutoCAD/Civil 3D/ArcGIS, and develop skills that support community-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning in civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for improving the world through great work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on civil engineering design development and implementation.
• Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements.
• Help identify timely, cost‑effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs.
• Support technology‑enhanced planning and design services across public, private, and institutional projects.
