You will work with Professional Engineers and multidisciplinary groups to support planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience and building a strong career foundation. You will collaborate on design development, perform technical analyses, and contribute to multiple projects, while developing cost-effective solutions and improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning in civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on civil engineering design development and implementation.
• Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements.
• Help identify timely, cost‑effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs.

What You Bring

Salary Range

$65,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
