CHA Consulting, Inc. invites Early Career Civil Engineers to join our growing civil engineering teams in Atlanta.

You will work with Professional Engineers and multidisciplinary groups to support planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects while gaining hands-on experience and building a strong career foundation. You will collaborate on design development, perform technical analyses, and contribute to multiple projects, while developing cost-effective solutions and improving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning in civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams on civil engineering design development and implementation.
Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes.
Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements.
Help identify timely, cost‑effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs.
Support technology‑enhanced planning and design services across public, private, and institutional projects.
