Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building fluid and mechanical systems on orbital-class launch vehicles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude across torque-critical assembly, fluid systems, and tube bending and routing.
• Comfortable owning hardware integration end-to-end in an early-stage environment.
• Welding certification or hands-on fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate fluid and mechanical systems on flight vehicles and ground support equipment.
• Execute proof, leak, and functional test procedures on tankage, feed systems, and GSE.
• Work directly with engineering to refine assembly procedures, tooling, and workflow.
• Provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to engineering to aid design optimizations.
• Maintain rigorous build records, torque logs, and traceability for every flight and ground unit.
