Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer II to support integration of launch vehicles through assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and test teams to ensure seamless integration and flight readiness.

This role is based in Briggs, TX and involves hands-on work in cleanroom and manufacturing environments. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of aerospace integration experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace vehicle integration or related engineering fields.
• Familiarity with CAD software and engineering tools for integration analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle integration activities across structural, mechanical, electrical, and propulsion systems.
• Develop and execute integration plans, procedures and timelines for assembly and testing.
• Work with design and manufacturing teams to ensure proper hardware integration and operation.
• Provide hands-on support for vehicle integration with technicians and engineers.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues to maintain timelines.
• Document integration procedures, lessons learned and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
