Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering; Master’s preferred; 10+ years in Aerospace Systems.
• Experience in developing aerospace GSE systems (MGSE or EGSE).
• Knowledge of launch vehicle operations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test GSE system requirements and verification for launch vehicle ops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional GSE design teams for flow and compliance.
• Conduct system analysis including FMEA/Fishbones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during integration.
