Job summary

Aurex seeks an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) System Engineer to support site operations, installation coordination, and launch activities. You will perform system integration tasks, testing, and on-site engineering duties across customer sites and contractor teams.

The role requires strong electronics and communications knowledge, plus the ability to work with diverse teams and lift equipment as needed in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of space launch related technical support experience.
• Customer required level of security clearance.
• Advanced electronics and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with communications test equipment to troubleshoot issues.
• OSHA 10 safety training (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member with Quintron and Aurex personnel.
• Engineer and implement customer requests for installation or updates.
• Coordinate daily site work with customer scheduling and safety staff.
• Maintain and repair communication systems for launch operations.
• Operate testing equipment (T1 sets, oscilloscopes, OTDR) to verify performance.
• Read system drawings and documentation for troubleshooting and project completion.
