Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, reviewing insurance and financing options, and coordinating scheduling to maximize productivity while collaborating with providers and front office staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience required (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Excitement for helping launch and grow a new office.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Review insurance benefits, estimates, and financial options.
• Support case acceptance by building trust and answering patient questions.
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment to maximize provider productivity.
• Collaborate closely with providers and front office teams.
• Help establish processes and workflows in a new office environment.
• Track and support key metrics such as case acceptance, production, and schedule utilization.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience from start to finish.
