Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, OSHA, and TS16949 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage BOMs and engineering change control processes.
• Create and build new BOMs in the ERP system.
• Coordinate engineering changes with JIT plants.
• Complete program management for new program launches.

Skills

Knowledge of raw materials and production processes

Ability to create results and build teams

Knowledge of automotive plant functions

Ability to assess multiple events

Education

Associate’s Degree
