You will develop quality systems for the plant, audit TS16949/ISO, track new launches, verify corrective actions, and train staff while supporting plant operations.

This role requires hands-on auditing, strong communication, and the ability to chair meetings; supervisory and environmental responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to chair meetings and drive corrective actions.
• Experience with quality systems and audits (TS16949, MS9000/BOS).

Responsibilities

• Develop Quality System for plant.
• Perform audits of system to TS16949, process audits, MS9000/BOS as needed.
• Update TS/ISO book files and verify APQP compliance.
• Track all new launches and plant capacity for Ford quarterly requirements.
• Assist and participate in solutions to nonconformance and support Quality Engineer.
