ManpowerGroup in Foster City, CA is seeking a Program Manager to join the PMO supporting City & Customer Launches. You will own trackers, playbooks, and readiness for multi-city launches and customer milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams and leadership updates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ownership of action items, and the ability to keep complex programs moving. This temporary position offers hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills to own trackers and cadences across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear status for teams and leadership.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own documentation, including playbooks, and maintain the master tracker and readiness trackers across active city launches and customer milestone programs—keeping status, owners, and dates current.
• Run the logistics and follow-through for recurring cadence (Working Group and cross-functional status syncs), including agendas, notes, action items, and close-out.
• Chase down open action items and risks across Engineering, Operations, Policy, and Legal, and flag anything slipping before it becomes a blocker.
• Build and maintain reporting materials (status decks, dashboards) that provide the team and leadership a clear view of program health.
• Support new city activation and customer-facing capability rollouts with day-to-day coordination across workstreams.
