Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Producer on the Marketing Launch Team in San Francisco. You will lead creative delivery for research-led launches, from brief to production and release, partnering with researchers and product teams to translate capabilities into compelling launches.

You will own the production plan, manage resources and external partners, and guide reviews through final approval in a fast-moving, technically curious environment—while maintaining high craft and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience producing complex creative work for technology or research-driven launches.
• Ability to own production plans and manage day-to-day delivery across internal and external teams.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows and ability to apply them to creative production.

Responsibilities

• Build close working relationships with Researchers and technical product partners.
• Turn launch priorities into clear briefs, deliverables, scopes, and approval plans.
• Own work from development through final handoff with milestones and dependencies.
• Produce integrated launch assets across design, motion, film, demos, web, and social to tell a consistent story.
• Manage production resources and external partners, including scopes, budgets, and vendor deliverables.
• Lead reviews with Research, technical, legal, policy, and creative owners from input to final approval.
• Plan versioning/localization with channel and regional partners and ensure asset QA and final handoffs.
• Keep briefs, timelines, decisions, and final assets organized and reusable.
