Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of property management operations and industry best practices.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and affordable housing regulations is preferred.
• Experience with leasing, rent collections and managing AP/AR processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations for a newly constructed community.
• Drive a successful lease-up through leasing activity, marketing, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain resident files and records, including LIHTC documentation.
• Monitor financial performance including rent collections and payables/receivables.
• Prepare and complete weekly and monthly reporting.
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Foster a welcoming, well-maintained, resident-focused community.
