Blue Origin is seeking a hands-on Test and Launch Engineer to join our Launch Operations team. You will perform maintenance on ground support equipment and test, inspect, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, cryogenic, and electrical systems.

You will translate engineering requirements into repeatable test procedures, collaborate with design, quality, and production, and drive safety and reliability across the facility to enable rapid launch cadence.

Formación

• Bachelor in an engineering field from a accredited university.
• 0–3 years Level I to 3+ Level II/III experience with test teams.
• Experience with fluids, hydraulics, cryogenics, or related systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain launch facility components to support launches.
• Translate requirements into robust test and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with design, QA, supply chain and production teams.
• Develop and maintain test docs, work instructions and inspection plans.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
