Blue Origin is seeking a Launch Operations Engineer to lead manufacturing process development and vehicle testing efforts for New Glenn. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cadence across spacesystem programs.

You will translate engineering requirements into repeatable manufacturing workflows, while working with design, QA, and supply chain to optimize production timelines and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience levels with manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering (3+ Level II, 5+ Level III, 8+ SR).
• 1+ years of experience creating English work instructions.
• Must be able to work second shift and have flexibility to move shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the industrialization of new products across areas such as solar arrays, integration and test, avionics, and structures.
• Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing processes that support the mission.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to accelerate build and release.
