Job summary

Gummi World is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the build-out of its new Chandler facility, working with leadership to stand up operations from the ground up. This is a hands-on role on the factory floor, requiring practical problem-solving and proactive ownership in a fast-moving environment.

You will coordinate timelines, vendors, equipment setup, and staffing, while developing SOPs and aligning with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure a smooth transition

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations or production coordination within manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of production flow and shop-floor dynamics.
• Experience supporting facility launches or build-outs is a strong plus.
• Ability to identify problems and drive practical solutions with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the new facility build-out, coordinating timelines and on-site logistics.
• Track progress, identify gaps, and drive issues to resolution.
• Help stand up day-to-day operational workflows, including layout, staffing, and material flow.
• Coordinate onboarding of new facility staff on workflows and equipment.
