Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in materials planning, logistics, production control, inventory control, purchasing, warehousing, or manufacturing launch coordination.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and BOMs; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the MP&L launch readiness plan for assigned programs, including milestones and due dates.
• Coordinate material planning for prototype to production ramp-up builds.
• Verify part master data, BOMs, lead times, and supplier information before each build phase.
• Monitor materials and coordinate recovery plans for shortages.
• Lead or support MP&L reviews for gates, build-readiness, and changes.
• Maintain launch dashboards and status reports on milestones and issues.
• Coordinate phase-in/phase-out plans to minimize shortages and obsolescence.
• Support ERP/MRP readiness and test cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams on receiving, storage, and line-feeding processes.
• Track launch-related costs and communicate exposure to management.
• Ensure launch documentation and lessons learned are transferred to production teams.
• Assist in continuous improvement and apply lessons to future launches.
